FAQ
A SIP trunk is a cost effective connection for a phone system to connect to the outside world. It enables the phone system to make and receive telephone calls using an internet connection, whilst providing features and benefits that compliment the existing features of the phone system.
SIP Trunks give many bolt on and additional features to the traditional PBX features. These include, call recording in the cloud, queuing in the cloud, MI statistics, mobile app (BYOD) functionality, online portal access, disaster recovery and much more.
We can provide everything needed as a complete package for ease of management and support, including dedicated or shared xDSL and the underlying analogue line.

We can port existing incoming telephone numbers from nearly all UK networks, all you have to make sure is that you are currently out of contract with your current provider.
If you are already on a SIP/Cloud provider and looking to migrate, not only will you need to check your current contract agreement, you will also need to enquire if your current provider will allow you to migrate the number away. Some hosted providers don't allow the migration of a number(s) away from their platform.
